Google updated its operating system Chrome OS. The version of Chrome OS 72 has a lot of innovations, and very important.

First, the new version is now compatible with Android Pie applications, while previously compatibility was limited to Android 7.1.2 Nougat. Secondly, the integrated help assistant Google Assistant has appeared in the system. The Pixel Slate model has previously featured this feature, and now it’s available to all compatible Chrome OS PCs.

Other innovations are also not useless. In particular, the new version better adapts the interface for tablets and convertible chromeboks. Picture-in-Picture mode for video playable in the browser. In addition, Android application shortcuts are available for the built-in search system, backup files are available in the Files application, and also improved system security.

As usual, it will take some time to extend the update.
