Oppo at the presentation before the opening of the MWC 2019 in Barcelona has shown not only the world’s first 10x optical zoom smartphone, but also its first-generation for the fifth-generation cellular networks.
While most technical specifications are not disclosed, even the name has not been announced. Oppo showed the smartphone from the scene and confirmed that it is based on the flagship single-chip Qualcomm Snapdragon 855, with the support of 5G, it corresponds to the Snapdragon X50 modem. The prototype resembles the refined Find X.
Such a smartphone will be able to provide download and download video in the 4K and 8K resolution, 3D video calling, cloud games, multiplayer games in virtual and augmented reality, shopping with the added reality and much more. Oppo is going to hold a live demonstration of cloud games on smartphones at the show.
Oppo also announced the cooperation with the four operators, with which the smartphone will be launched at the opening of 5G networks. This is Swisscom, Telstra, Optus and Singtel.
